Dear Peggy,

What a delight to finally meet you and your staff. I couldn’t wait to get to Atlanta to begin my training. As you know, I had attended another certification program before knowing about you. My experience at The American School of Protocol will stay with me forever.

The training at The Buckhead Club, the time spent in the Neiman Marcus store studying professional dress, and all the participants in our class will always remain in my memory. Thank you, Peggy, for your patience and for being so gracious to all of us. Your staff is extremely polished. I look forward to seeing you again in
