The 5-course dinner was nothing short of superb. I could not believe the attention to detail and time that was given to the table scapes, china, menu and restaurant selection. The children felt so special including myself. I would not have believed that children of such a young age could have sat poised and well behaved for the time spent at dinner had I not been present to see for myself.
Thank you Ms. Newfield and Staff!!!
The one-on-one time with Peggy Newfield was Great! She made me feel so relaxed and able to concentrate on the business at hand. Peggy is a wealth of information and certainly a continual asset to my new business venture.
The experience of walking into an elegant dining room of exquisitely presented florals just transformed the children. We experienced hands on training that will enhance the beauty in our lives forever.
I am so pleased with my overall experience at The American School of Protocol! Peggy and the staff did a superb job at scheduling hotel, limos, lunches, dinners, materials, classes, experts, etc. Very little was left for the students to handle. Having everything organized and provided during training made it easier to focus on the material and experience. The planning, scheduling and environment was very efficient and conducive to learning!
The instructors at The American School of protocol were each completely dedicated to equipping me to deliver my classes at the highest levels of excellence. Each of the many team members was not only an expert in their topic, they were nationally recognized for their individual successes. I felt that due to their collective commitment and dedication, I left the Children’s Etiquette Certification a better leader and a better person.
Mary Donne Peters, the corporate attorney, was so very helpful with her legal knowledge and suggestions as to how we NEED to set up our business. I am surrounded by ‘the law’ since I am married to an attorney and I know first hand the importance of getting solid legal guidelines from an attorney that specializes in an area of the law.
Thank you so much for providing us with the opportunity to gain such valuable information!
I had the opportunity to work with an expert in public speaking that not only helped me to refine my speaking skill but also helped to develop a newly found sense of comfort and excellence in front of a public audience. I now believe that I can speak to anyone anywhere!
What a wonderful treat to attend the Children’s Etiquette Train the Trainer course in Peggy Newfield’s beautiful home. Prior to the training I was unable to envision the flow and process needed in order to hold training in the home. After attending the course, I feel training in the home is the only way to go. The surroundings and personal touches instead of a cold, sterile hotel environment afford students a more creative ambiance in which to learn and grow!
After 20 years of designing training manuals at large scale theme parks worldwide, I can attest that the American School of Protocol’s 800 page training manual is truly state of the art! The schedules, detailed procedures, diagrams and explanations are easy to follow. This step by step guide provides each detail to be successful in your own business!
Coming to this etiquette training class and being able to work with the children, I am definitely better prepared to train my own students! I simply can’t imagine having to teach children’s etiquette without learning the techniques that we were taught. Having the first hand interaction with the children and Peggy’s teaching style was second to none!
The extensive reinforcement of the dining training with Delores was fabulous…and fun! We were able to go through the lessons step by step and mentally create the script that we would be using when we begin to teach! I feel very confident that I can begin my own classes.
Job well done!
Having the opportunity to be a part of The American School of Protocol family, has been a wonderful experience for me! I was delighted with the way table decorations were handled every day to delight the children. They truly showed dedication, love and care.
The format of the training manual at The American School of Protocol is so complete and concise that it’s like reading a roadmap! As an educator, I understand the importance of relaying information that is clear and well defined. Peggy has accomplished this goal with diagrams and language that express the art of etiquette consultation.
The journey at The American School of Protocol was enlightening. Lee opened our eyes to look into the endless horizon of social media! My favorite part was finding out the many ways to get exposed on the worldwide web.
After watching Peggy teach the children the proper way to handle the napkin, knife, spoon and fork, we were then given the opportunity to teach the same lessons with an instructor. This hands on type of training reinforced everything we learned.
I was also amazed at how fast the children grasped the etiquette lessons. The youngest child was six years old and the oldest was only ten years old. Repetition was the key to success!
