After researching etiquette training programs, I chose The American School of Protocol® because each time I called, Peggy and her staff members spent so much time with me answering all my questions. I also had an opportunity to speak with other graduates of The American School of Protocol® who verified that I would receive more than I could ever imagine. The staff at The American School of Protocol® will be there for me every step of the way. They are truly dedicated to their training.

Let’s face it, most children view etiquette as a boring drudgery and it is probably because of the way most people teach the subject. In this day and age, families dining together in their home can be virtually non-existent in a child’s life. It is refreshing to see someone of Ms. Newfield’s caliber introduce children to not only manners and etiquette at the table, but also the art of interesting conversation.
During our three hour dinner with the students, I was amazed at how adult the children conducted themselves. The children we worked with quickly blossomed before our eyes. They were glowing with pride and happiness when the class was over. As a future Children’s Etiquette Trainer, I feel extremely fortunate to be able to learn Peggy’s style of teaching and to have had the opportunity to work with her amazing staff as well!

I chose ASP because Peggy was recommended by a number of etiquette experts as the absolute authority in this field. A national leader in a group that I belong to attributed their success to Peggy and they were right. Peggy’s leadership, strong curriculum and ongoing support have given me the solid foundation I need to teach and succeed.

As a newly retired school principal, I thank you for providing up to date, state of the art teaching materials for your ASP graduates. Peggy explained the technical complexities of social media in such a way that one automatically felt at ease. Her knowledge and expertise with all avenues of social media makes one realize how important and vital it is for someone just starting out in business.

Having the children participate with us during training was just delightful! Being hands-on with them during all the lessons not only taught the children the correct way to do things, it also helped us practice what we learned by reinforcing them. Seeing a diverse group of children learn social skills that will set them up for success was truly inspiring!
Thank You!

What a wonderful and informative week we had. Peggy' dining presentation was extremely beneficial. Even though I have been teaching Children’s etiquette for five years, this was a great refresher course for me. I also learned things that I did not know concerning tea etiquette and the proper way to use chopsticks. Peggy knows her material and instructs with ease. Everyone feels very comfortable in her non-threatening manner. I especially appreciated all the time given to us concerning each subject that we covered.
Thank you once again for giving us such a quality program. I will be sure to keep you posted on my corporate progress.

Thank you for the "Power, Presence and Style" Seminar. I learned more than I could hoped for about Presentation, Networking and Style.
Two days after the seminar I interviewed for a new position at Georgia Institute of Technology. The seminar gave me a great deal of confidence for my half day interview, including a business lunch. I was offered the position less than a week after my interview and I was told that I "blew everyone away." I am certain that ASP Business etiquette 1 day seminar contributed to that.

Our May etiquette certification class was wonderful! It consisted of ten of the most interesting people from all over the United States. We had so much fun getting to know each other and supporting one another throughout the week. I believe the friendships developed here this week will be lasting.

I cannot say enough about the experience I had attending the 5-Day Children's Etiquette Certification training. Everything was so well-organized, beautifully decorated, and graciously presented. Peggy, you and your wonderful staff – made a powerful and lasting impression on me.
We were treated like “spun gold” from the moment we arrived at the beautiful Intercontinental Buckhead to the bittersweet departing on our last day. In all the years of conferences, conventions, and seminars attended, I have never been in a more comfortable and professional setting, and have taken with me, not only a voluminous amount of materials and education, but truly lasting memories of time spent with special women.
Thank you for the gift you have shared with us.

I've always been convinced that the Corporate Etiquette Certification class candidates need to take your Children's Etiquette Certification class before enrolling and I'm even more convinced of it now! The details for the Corporate course are so relevant in my market, living in Manhattan.
I cannot imagine having to worry about becoming familiar with the etiquette curriculum in addition to attending to the details of establishing corporate contacts and advertising one's services.

The fact that The American School of Protocol included a session with a corporate attorney was so helpful and informative. Peggy Newfield was able to answer questions and help us get started with our business in a professional manner.
Thank You!

I want to share how very grateful I am for everything you and your staff did to make our training top notch. Remember how you told us that you sought out the best of the best to educate yourself in every aspect of the field? I feel as though our class has done the same. I can't imagine ANYONE training us better than you and your staff. I feel as though I got our monies worth and then some. We were laughing every night while in Atlanta that you have definitely thought of everything that we would need to know. We left Atlanta with not one question in our head that we could think of to ask that wasn't already answered.
Just the same, you have thought of MANY topics that we hadn't even thought about in starting an etiquette school. For example, the background checks suggestion, giving us CPR certification, the speech consultant training us on media avenues, such as Facebook, are just a few of the areas I believe were a bonus to the intensive etiquette training we received.
There is no doubt in my mind that I chose the VERY BEST etiquette training school around and I am very proud to be a part of it.

I thoroughly enjoyed your company during "Train-the-Trainer" week. I always had a desire to learn the skills needed to correctly behave during social events and an intense desire to teach that knowledge to others. The American School of Protocol has been on my prayer list for 10 years. Every year, I called to get a new brochure and you faithfully answered my inquiries. Your school remained on my goal list and I'm so proud that I was finally able to attend! I am a man of faith and I feel like I came at the perfect time.
I felt like this program was designed specifically for me! The hands-on application of those lessons, while teaching the children, really gave me a greater understanding and vision of what I would be doing with my business
I also have to mention that the hotel accommodations were top notch and the service was excellent. I really got a kick out of walking down the halls and being greeted by every employee with, "Hello, Mr. Dawson." You were absolutely right when you talked about the power of a name greeting. It really did change my entire demeanor.
I want to thank you for the invitation into your home. It really provided such an intimate learning experience. Brenda, Kelly, Dolores, Lindsey and the rest of your staff made me feel totally at ease and allowed me to focus all of my attention on absorbing the information. It was just wonderful!
Thank you for this training opportunity - it truly has been a blessing in my life. Thank you for your kindness and your eagerness to help me prepare for this moment. I pray that when I pas through this earth that I will be remembered for my labor of love in preparing children and adults to become their best.

There is nothing better than knowing you are well equipped for the task at hand and that you have all the support you may need as you attempt that task. At The American School of Protocol®, this support comes through a strong sisterhood of women. Starting with the epitome of etiquette professionals, Peggy Newfield and her extraordinary staff, the foundation for this support system is in place. These women work tirelessly to bring out the best in each of the trainees. As you learn and grow together, lasting relationships are being established. We may have begun the week as strangers sharing a common passion, but we will end our training as a part of something much bigger and stronger than ourselves. We are part of an elite group, a sisterhood committed to encourage and support one another as we prosper and our businesses grow.
Having been trained by the best, The American School of Protocol®, I look forward to sharing in the joy of seeing my sisters and myself succeed as Etiquette Consultants!

Etiquette and decorum seem to go by the wayside in our fast-paced world. As a former high school teacher, I yearned for students to show respect and kindness to peers, teachers and parents. The American School of Protocol® has shown me how to teach children proper etiquette and manners.
Peggy's sensible and hands-on approach to teaching etiquette to children and young adults sets The American School of Protocol® apart from other programs.
Her honesty and genuine passion to make our world a kinder place validated my decision to pursue my etiquette certification at The American School of Protocol®.
